Located in the beautiful Crowsnest Pass, I have a very active family with four children under 11 who have embraced all that mountain living offers. In my work, I strive to create innovative designs inside and out for other families to enjoy and call home. I am constantly researching new ideas, latest trends, and the next big thing in residential construction to keep myself on the leading edge of design and floor plan functionality. CONCEPTUALIZATION

The conceptualization stage is very important as it sets the tone for the entire project. We prepare rough sketches illustrating the basic concepts of the design, spatial functionality, and basic forms of the proposed structure.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

In the design development stage, we develop your design in more detail. We finalize the design in nearly all aspects, including planning, exterior, interior, material specification, general structural details, and placement of windows and doors etc. The site plan (if req’d), elevations, sections, and views etc. are prepared for detailed discussions with our client so the exact idea of the final structure is conveyed accurately.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Preparing the detailed construction documentation is the concluding stage of the design process. We produce detailed dimension drawings with every detail for the actual construction phase, ensuring that the general contractor and sub-contractors don’t have any confusion or misinterpretations regarding the design. All the specifications for construction details and materials are prepared with utmost precision for the construction process to be as smooth and error-free as possible.
